I am moving my personal blog to Raw Living on Wordpress. My reasons include better synergy with my business website, easier control of posts, integration of widgets, and a more user-friendly editing features. Also, I am working on my self-discipline and productivity which my time on tumblr does not usually support (AKA tumblr=hours wasted). To my loving followers, I thank you for your support on tumblr and I hope you will follow my new blog. Otherwise, I send you much love and many hugs!!!

Raw Living will be more focused on my transition to raw foods.

If anyone pays attention to me (maybe one person out there?) they will have noticed my absense this past week. I have been busy trying to expand my business, look for an architecture job (yep, still), and my computer broke in the middle of it all. So now I’m baaacccckkkkk!! I have a new graphics card in my Macbook Pro and ready to waste some time on the internet.

but there seems to be many people on tumblr prone to unhealthy habits like:

- smoking (seriously WTF, quit already)

- suicidal thoughts (I know this is where you can let off some steam, but get some help)

- self-mutilation pictures (again, get some help)

- drunken nudity (regrets, anyone?)

- skinny models smoking, drinking, and eating cupcakes (may look cool, but not fun in the long run)

I know the internet is a fabulous place to vent and be anonymous, but I do not support these behaviors and we shouldn’t be promoting them. I don’t. That is all. You can hate me now…

My main point behind this ^negativity is that we have the choice to be happy. We can have a positive attitude about life and not wallow in self-pity. So, pick yourself up, take a shower, and move on with the bad break-up/interview/whatever!!!!!! It is hard, but there is a choice. Get some sunshine on that beautiful face and smile! Eat more veggies and less SAD (standard american diet) crap. Cupcakes do not equal nourishment. You WILL NOT thrive eating a diet made up of processed sugars, bread, and meat.
